There are hundreds of ‘financial advisers’ out there. All profess to understand finance, and have a bunch of products to sell. We chose Werner and his company because of one subtle (albeit BIG) difference... he listened carefully to OUR needs. He listened to what we wanted to achieve, and only then did he suggest options, rather than offering up a bunch of products in general. It was about us, not him or his business, and that made the difference. He has also been available to talk about issues when our positioning has changed over the years and every time he has responded quickly and with good advice.

Of great importance to us, is the level of service we receive every time we need help. On a number of occasions that help has been of an urgent nature and you and your staff have gone beyond the call of duty to attend to and help us under these circumstances. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble and that is of great relief when one is under duress.
